Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days of payment confirmation. Processing times may be extended during busy periods, following public holidays, or in exceptional circumstances, in which case we will notify you by email. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and the European Union. We are unable to fulfil orders to addresses outside of these regions at this time.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times following dispatch are as follows:
United Kingdom: 3 to 7 business days
European Union: 7 to 14 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance procedures, carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Maison Najem accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Due to the nature of our products, rugs are large and heavy items and shipping costs will reflect this. All applicable costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For deliveries within the United Kingdom, all prices are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law.
For deliveries to the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping costs or product prices. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for further information before placing your order.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take great care in packaging all items for transit. In the event that your item arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and contact us at info@maisonnajem.com within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. We will liaise with the carrier on your behalf and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Maison Najem is not responsible for items lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing your order.

All rugs are carefully wrapped, and secured to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.
